1. Eligibility & Conditions for Refunds
- No refunds will be processed once admission is confirmed and e-learning credentials are issued by HKCL to the student via the Authorized Learning Centre (ALC).
2. Non-Refundable Items
- In cases where the student does not receive e-learning credentials and a refund request is raised, administrative fees of ₹1000 per course per admission are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds are not available for promotional or discounted courses.
3. Process for Refunds
- To inquire about or initiate a refund, contact our support team at admin@newedgesoftsol.com with your payment details.
- Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 30 working days.
4. Payment Gateway Charges
- Any charges deducted by the payment gateway during the transaction are non-refundable.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
- We reserve the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
