  1. Learner is free to choose the admission mode
  2. Direct Mode
  3. Part Mode

Direct Mode Admission

  1. In Direct mode admission Learner directly apply for HS-CIT A+ admission and pays the full course fees in single installment.
  2. Learner needs to choose the two modules at the time of admission i.e. HS-CIT and 3 Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) Career Oriented Course Module.
  3. Course Fees is Rs 18000 for HS-CIT A+ Course.

Part Mode Admission

  1. In Part mode admission Learner will apply and complete the two modules i.e. HS-CIT and 3 Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited(HKCL) Career Oriented Course and then apply for HS-CITA+ certification
  2. Course Fees is Rs 18000.

Eligibility

  1. Learners should have a keen desire to learn information technology.
  2. The minimum educational qualification is 10th/12th std. passed learner desirable.

Medium of e-Content

eLearning of this course is available in 2 languages:

  1. Module 1 is available in English and Hindi both languages.
  2. Other Module is mainly available in English

Course Structure

For the HS-CITA course, learners need to complete two modules.

Module-I HS-CIT (Compulsory)

Module- II Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) Career Oriented Courses

Learners can choose any Haryana Knowledge Corporation Limited (HKCL) Career Oriented Courses as per the table mentioned below.

  4. HKCL Certificate in Office Assistance
  5. HKCL Certificate in DTP (Adobe)

  7. HKCL Certificate in Graphic Designing
  8. HKCL Certificate in Photo Editing
  9. HKCL Certificate in Video Editing

eLearning of classroom content : 230(1 Hour per Day)

Examination

To get HS-CIT A+ final certification learner needs to clear Four examinations.
• HS-CIT Final Examination
• HCOC Module 1 Final Examination
• HCOC Module 2 Final Examination
• HCOC Module 3 Final Examination

HS-CIT Final examination
• Eligibility criteria for HS-CIT Final examination
• Min 40 Session
• Min 20 Marks
• After three months of enrolment.
• The passing criteria for the final examination are 40% i.e., 20 marks in the final exam, and in the examination, both MCQs and the practical questions will be asked.

HCOC Module final examination
Eligibility criteria for HCOC Module 1, 2, and 3 final examination
• Min 10 Marks in Section I
• Min 10 Marks in Section II
• Mini Project completion.
• 75 days’ completion in the course
• The passing criteria for the final examination are 40% i.e., 20 marks in the final exam and in the examination MCQs will be asked.

Important Instruction

• Eligible learners will get 3 attempts for final examination.
• Re-examination attempts will be given in consecutive months only.
• ALCs’ will schedule On Demand Examination after eligibility.
• Final examination schedule shall be conducted in 3rd week of every month, preferably 20th day of the month.
• Learner may appear for the HS-CITA final exam from his ALC.
• Learner examination will be conducted using web camera and internet and learner collages will be captured for exam invigilation and if any malpractice will appear then his examination may be cancelled.

Result Preparation and Certificate Generation

  • After completion of exam, if the learner will pass then soft copy of provisional certificate will be available in learner login.
  • Final certificate (Hard Copy) will be available at respective ALC within 45 days of the examination.
